About us

The Republican Library for the Visually Impaired was established on June 1, 1981 at the initiative of the Azerbaijan Society of the Blind as the “Central Republican Library for the Blind” under the auspices of this society.

The objective of the library is to provide library and information services for visually impaired groups I and II.
